Longevity pay makes short work of budget (Star Beacon)

The Ashtabula County Board of Commissioners, minus Board President Peggy Carlo who was absent, approved a series of financial transfers Thursday that will allow Sheriff William Johnson to pay his staff more than $130,000 in longevity payments.
